    I work nearby and have had the occasional latte or sandwich in the past, and they were fine. Today I used a gift card and ordered the French Cafe BLT, which comes with soup, to go. The soup was okay, but the sandwich went directly into the garbage. In the time it took for me to walk back across the street to the office, the "bread" was almost liquified - absolutely disgustingly mushy. If the texture of the bread when I tried to pick up the sandwich hadn't completely destroyed my appetite, I might have tried to cut the mush off and eat what remained, but the bacon was virtually uncooked - I would have feared food poisoning had I eaten it. What a dreadful, expensive disappointment.
